Return/Refund Policy

ShopGiaTaylor has a 7-day return/refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.

I do not accept any returned lipgloss.  Any returned lipgloss is immediately thrown out, not re-sold or refunded.  This is for all customers benefit; no one will receive lipgloss that has been in the hands of another customer or potentially used!  If lipgloss is ordered on accident, it is not eligible for a return.  Only lipglosses that are defective upon arrival due to a production or packaging error are eligible for refund.

To start a return/refund request, you can contact me at ShopGiaTaylor@gmail.com.  If your return is accepted, I will send you instructions on how to send your package back.

- If it is ShopGiaTaylor's fault and reason for return, I will send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as where to send your package.

- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted, will not be returned back to the customer, or refunded.
