FAQ

Do the little sprinkles/items inside of the tubes come out?

No!  There is a rubber stopper in all of my tubes to make sure the little sprinkles, petals, beads etc. will not come out on your applicator wand! : )

What if my lipgloss broke?

Oh no!  Sadly this does happen to around 1/1,000 glosses; it is just marginal error from my plastic production facility, and there is no way for me to know which gloss it'll happen to.  If this happens to you, message me on Instagram @ShopGiaTaylor, email me at ShopGiaTaylor@gmail.com, or use the chatbot on the lower right corner of this site!   Just message me with how it broke, which gloss it was, and a picture.  I will then ask for an address to send a 100% free new one! : )

Do you do local pickup/delivery?

No.  I do not offer local pickup, delivery, or meetups of any kind.  Alternatively, if you would not like your package via mail, you can alert me asap after placing your order and ask to pick it up at one of my local events.  All of my events are listed on my “upcoming events” page :)

Do you make custom glosses?

I offer 100% customizable glosses and boxes for big or small needs.  I love doing these orders and am happy to work with customers!  For any quantity under 10, I charge +$4 for each custom gloss.   For orders of 10+ glosses, there is only a +$2 fee per gloss for the customization.  For bulk orders of 24+ glosses, glosses can be lowered lower than typical price.  Depending on if new ingredients are needed to be bought to create your gloss, Gia has the right to add additional fees to cover ingredients needed.
For large orders I require at least 12 days in advance before the date you need it; for small orders please expect a processing time of 5-7 days prior to shipping.   By “custom gloss,” I am referring to the GLOSS!  If you would like a custom sticker of your name/logo on the tube, there is an additional fee and a longer processing time!   Also, please note, even if custom logo/name is put onto the tube, "GIA TAYLOR COSMETICS" will always be on one side of the tube.
Please email me at ShopGiaTaylor@gmail.com or message me on Instagram @ ShopGiaTaylor for any customs!

What are the little sprinkles inside of some of the tubes made of?

Polymer clay!  All super cute little add-ins come from my friend on etsy who makes them by hand! <3    (Except my Boba glosses and my Iced Coffee gloss use acrylic plastic, not polymer clay)

Do you wholesale?

Yes!  I wholesale to any brick and mortar store (no online-only stores!).  Please email ShopGiaTaylor@gmail.com and I will reply within 12 hours with all details and rates.  To see if a store in your area is already carrying my products, my current US, Europe, and Canada retailers are always all listed at the bottom of my website!

Is there a full list of ingredients?

Gloss:  Yes!   You can find it here:  https://shop-gia-taylor.myshopify.com/pages/full-gloss-ingredients-list

Eyelash/brow serum:  Yes!  I pride myself on only using four basic ingredients to only deliver you only the nutrients needed; no preservatives, chemicals or additives.  The four ingredients and their benefits can be found in the listing for the lash/brow serum and on the packaging box:)

Lip Scrub:  (This item is only sold during the holiday seasons!)  Organic virgin coconut oil, and organic cane sugar.

Lip Oil:  The ingredients are listed in the product listing, and on your box.

Do you do home events or birthday parties?

Sadly, no.  I do not do home events or birthday parties due to safety concerns and time constraints.  This is not negotiable.

With daily use, how long will a 7mL tube last?

With daily use, applying 3-4 times a day, it should last you 5-8 weeks!

How long do the lipglosses last?  Shelf life...

A good rule of thumb for any lipgloss is six months to a year.  (this is not just Shop Gia Taylor lipgloss - this is universal for any brand).  At around a year, the flavor/scent will begin to dissipate and the formula become unbalanced;  this could cause clogged or irritated pores/skin surfaces.   A good hygiene tip is to wash your gloss applicator brush every seven to ten days to avoid excess bacteria growth.  Following guidelines for the expiration of makeup products is the first step in protecting yourself against any potential health risk from your cosmetics.
